We don't carry every brand on every shelf. We carry the brands our customers trust for the work they do.
Don't see what you need? Call. We have working relationships with the major distributors and can usually source anything within 24–48 hours.
Beyond our shelf

Knox Trailers' parts counter is one node in a three-location network. If we don't have the part in Knoxville, we can usually pull it from Post Onsite (also Knoxville) or KP Crossville (45 minutes west on I-40) the same day or next morning. Same family, same standards, same fleet-account billing.

Two ways to get parts
Walk in or call ahead.
Walk-in
Come to the counter during shop hours. Mon–Fri 7am–5pm. Most common parts on the shelf. Cash or fleet account.
Call ahead
Call the counter with the part you need. We'll confirm what we have, pull it, and have it on the counter when you pull up. Saves your mechanic 30 minutes per stop.
Fleet accounts
Fleet customers get net-30 billing, pre-approved purchase orders, and dedicated counter access. Set up a fleet account by calling.
Online ordering — coming soon
Online parts inventory is in the works.
We're building searchable online ordering with the PartsNow.ai team. When it's live, you'll be able to search inventory, check availability, and order parts for shop pickup or shipping — without picking up the phone.
